Apu Siru

Quenbuan is the local name of San Isidro Santa Ana. Here is my birthplace, I wonder why? I haven't know a local dialect as such. On my series of posting the processional Images of every barrio of Pinpin, this is one. Dang Dikta who dresses this Image said that the Image was re-curved because his body then was just a plain wood. Thereafter the Image was dressed with pants for his boots were also curved. Along with the Image was his traditional iconography. On his left was the kneeling landlord, to his right the angel pasturing the cow in his front. He holds a shovel on his right hand, while the other one was a real palay stalks.

The other photo which was a "talada" was the one at the main altar.
